Connecting a custom domain is a vital step in launching your project. Follow this guide to search for, purchase, and activate your domain through the CloudXLR editor.

Step 1: Access the Domain Manager

Launch your project editor and locate the Globe Icon in the toolbar. Clicking this will open the Domain Manager interface.

Step 2: Search for Your Desired Domain

In the search bar, type the domain name you wish to use (e.g., yourbrandname.com). Our system will check for availability in real-time.

Step 3: Purchase and Checkout

Once you find an available domain:

1. Select the domain and click Purchase.
2. You will be automatically redirected to our secure Stripe payment gateway.
3. Complete your payment details to finalize the registration.

Step 4: Confirmation and Redirection

After a successful transaction, Stripe will redirect you back to the Payment Success page on CloudXLR.

Step 5: Wait for Domain Propagation

Newly registered domains are subject to DNS propagation. This is the time it takes for internet nodes worldwide to update their records.

1. Estimated Time: 24 to 48 hours.
2. Status: Your domain may not appear live immediately; this is a standard industry process.
